Our Founders

Founded by brothers Hritik Dhone (younger) and Yash Dhone (elder), The House of Failures is rooted in early entrepreneurship and disciplined execution. At the ages of 15 and 17, the brothers launched a wholesale-to-retail clothing venture, sourcing from Mumbai and selling in Vadodara—an early failure that shaped their entrepreneurial mindset.

During their graduation years, both founders gained extensive hands-on experience in the catering industry, building deep expertise in food operations and large-scale event management. In 2022, they launched Failure’s Kitchen, which evolved into The House of Failures, scaling from a 65 sq. ft outlet to a 6,500 sq. ft premium global multi-cuisine restaurant within four years.

Our Story

From a humble roadside outlet in Vadodara of 65 sq ft area outlet in 2022, starting as The Failure’s Kitchen - a Chinese & Punjabi restaurant, and then slowly we expanded in January 2023 to a bigger space of 650 sq ft because of the love and support of our loyal customers. And in January 2025 The Failures Kitchen evolved into The House of Failures - a 6500sq ft global multi-cuisine restaurant. The House of Failures has grown into a flagship destination, embracing community connections. Whilst also coming into the top 10 restaurants of Vadodara.

By delivering authentic global vegetarian multi- cuisine with uncompromising quality and a differentiated dining experience, The House of Failures has successfully captured a significant share of Vadodara’s premium dining market — validating strong, scalable demand for the concept.

Excellent Ambience

Very amazing ambience and lovely service and seating. The menu prices are a bit on the costly side I feel compared to portion sizes but decent sizes. Taste was very good. Servers were nice. Good experience.

Good Food

Food is really good. You can taste different cuisine. We tried north indian and it was very delicious. Atmosphere and ambience is also nice. Seating is limited so you might need to wait during busy hours.

Great Quality

This restaurant is perfect for those who enjoy authentic flavors, good hospitality, and a welcoming vibe. The owners and staff treat you like family, which shows their true passion for food and service. I had heard about them earlier when they used to run a small kitchen in Karelibaug, but I couldn’t try it back then.

Great Service

One of the best fine dining vegetarian restaurant in Vadodara Menu includes Thai, Italian, North Indian and many other food items, with best of taste. They have nice options of mocktails and shakes.
